Papercutting x Washi Workshop by Hey Kessy

Finally! I've been waiting for this the whole week! No. Actually, been waiting for this since I registered. Haha. As from my previous blog post, I registered for a papercutting workshop which was taught by Mansy of Hey Kessy. I got to meet new people and learn new things and bond with my friend Kux of Kuxiemonster. :)

Took pictures of the DIY room decor for the workshop: paper straws, fabric and hanging paper balls(?), so pretty!

Sample of Mansy's works which are really inspiring to make but drops the pressure ones you see it, haha. Paper cutting is really a challenge, patience needs to be present!

Our kits: We got a DIY wood frame, crafting knife, practice paper with patterns, a free role of washi and a personalized rubber mat. Check out my name stamped on it!

The washi tapes at the top platform are the first ever Filipino designed. How cool is that? I got the "Jeepney" while Kux got the "Hoy" design.

And our works! I made mine simple and fuss free hence did just one word, excuses... lol. But will definitely do more practice on this craft.

Of course we had our picture taken with Mansy being the groupies that we are. :))
I had so much fun with this workshop and definitely looking forward to attending another one with a different craft. But I'd probably wait til I have a stable work before I register again, lol.
Thanks again to Mansy for hosting this!

Now you'd probably get a hint of what my next posts would be about. Definitely flooding you guys with paper cutting. #SorryNotSorry
