I've never been a wearer of jewelry. Well, before, I usually wear one charmed bracelet or a pair of earrings. The need-to-wear-earrings-because-my-ear-piercings-will-close reason wore out and I have been earrings-free for about almost 2 years now I think. The charmed bracelets became too much of a hassle to do work because of it's constant annoying jiggling and occasional cuts of sharp edged beads.
Ironically, I decided to take workshops to bead making by Fundynamics Bead Workshop. I attended their beginner and advanced workshops and started a small business of creating handcrafted accessories, it died a year ago because I couldn't find the time to buy materials. The accessories I created? You wouldn't find me wearing them.
Then one day, I stumbled on this tutorial on making paper beads. This would probably be one of the best tutorials out there.
So I went out earlier to look for something that doesn't exist in our cabinets or drawers anymore: Elmer's Glue. And just followed every step taught in the video.

Just a little tip at rolling though, the triangles that will be cut will be more of a right triangle. Rolling is a bit tricky so make sure that before you roll, one side is tugged more than the other. And check once in a while if they're symmetrical - OC mode.
And here's the (not so) finished product. It still doesn't have a glaze yet but will be posting once I get a hold on it.
These are wayyyyyy lighter that the normal beads so I guess it's easier to wear. But it won't make me start wearing charms again. :p
